    Disaster Recovery Coordinator– The DR coordinator is totally responsible to ensure that the environment provided to the client meets the client’s requirements and any regulatory mandates pertaining to the client's specific industry. Utilizing RPX software, by RecoveryPlanner.com,the coordinator will assure that a backup plan is synchronized with the client's own internal DR Plan. All DR coordinators are certified planners who report to a Master Planner. In addition, they are continuously upgrading their knowledge, bringing to your company the latest innovations within the DR industry.


    Customer Liaison– Each account is assigned a customer liaison who is responsible for coordinating the varied areas required by our clients for a successful test or event. The customer liaison will assist the client in any areas of concern and will be essential during the startup period. This will enable the client to have a smooth transition to the backup site. The customer liaison will also act as the client advocate and be a factor in all hardware and operation planning.


    System programmer
    –The system programmer will assist in the process of setting up the client's mainframe operating system under VM at our location. The assigned system programmer will be available during all set up and on-going testing. Clients will find this helpful when planning changes at their own sites. The system programmer will assist in establishing the customer’s unique operating environment at our sites. It should be noted that as our system programmer, through our network of clients, uncover information that may be helpful to our client community. We will release such data to our customers immediately.
    In the event of a disaster your assigned system programmer will be available to service your account.


    Operation manager
    – You will be assigned an operations manager whose team will act as your hand at our site. The operation manager will meet with the client operation personnel to setup the on-going operation requirements. They will establish such data that will become part of your disaster recovery plan, and also our disaster recovery plan.

    The operations team will document all necessary procedures during the implementation stage.


    Help Desk
    – You will be supported by a help desk that is available 24 x 7 x 265 and staffed by experienced IT professionals. Your help desk is equipped to support you from setup through implementation and provide attentive on-going support of your backup environment.
